Mission Statement

The Greene Animal League is dedicated to reducing canine and feline overpopulation in Greeneville and Greene County by providing low-cost spay and neuter services, supporting rescue and raising community awareness, education and resources for animal welfare. ​

Vision Statement

It is our vision, and our mission in action, to see a future where free spay and neuter services are accessible to all, eliminating pet overpopulation at its source. We envision a compassionate Greene County where every animal receives essential care, unwanted litters are prevented, and responsible stewardship replaces the cycle of neglect through community-supported, barrier-free spay and neuter programs. ​
